It wont be as good as other players coming back to an old team. Jarred Allen left Kansas City on good terms, and he got what he wanted. If he would have left like Culpepper did in Miami, then it would be a more dramatic showing.

I hate to make a point of it, but Jared Allen definitely did not leave KC on good terms.  He and team president Carl Peterson had been back and forth for 2 years.  Neither wanted to have anything to do with the other.   Rest assured, Peterson wanted Allen gone every bit as much as Allen wanted out.  True, Allen got what he wanted and publicly says he harbors no ill will to the Kansas City Chiefs, but I guarantee his performance this year will be his proverbial slap in the face to Carl Peterson.

EA is right... No matter how much he enjoyed KC, nor his teammates, nor his coaches... he left. He left a city that loved him and needed him and were still enjoying the honeymoon if you will. Jared Allen left the Cheifs and he was a face, maybe the face of their defense. Not often do those caliber players stray from their homes.

So their fans, won't really forgive him. I think his teammates will respect him somewhat, however. Except perhaps the stupid comments about hoping Glen Dorsey is a bust, was not a good exercise to be on "good terms". So, we'll see...

All as I can say is that with the best defensive in the NFL now, I think that if TJack figures out how to be a Good QB, we could easily win the Superbowl!
