Please List your all time Top Green Bay Packers Players

Heres a short list of some greats ( in NO particular Order ) ...

Don Hutson ( WR ) :There has been many great Green Bay Packer Players that have been great..Don Hutson ( WR ) : Hutson was one of Green Bays most dangerous players in the 60's catching 99 TDs and had 7,991 yards and 488 receptions

Bart Starr ( QB ) : When Lombardi became coach in 1959 it wasnt sure that Starr would ever play a snap for the Packers ( he was even pulled out of the lineup for Lamar McHan )  but Starr proved he could earn the respect of Lombardi after calling several key plays in the huddle leading them to wins. Starr threw for 24,781 Yds and 152 Touchdowns in his 15 year ( playing ) career with Green Bay.

Ray Nitschke ( LB ) :  Nitschke Anchored The Packers Defense Becoming the MVP in  NFL Championship in "62".He was selected 7X  to the All Pro Team and once to the Pro Bowl and is on  the 75th NFL anniversary All Time team..then  he elected to the Hall Of Fame in 1978.

Paul Hornung  (  HB / S / P ) : The Golden Boy Led the NFL in scoring three years in a row ( 1959-61 ) and held the all time scoring record ( 176 pts. ) untill LaDanian Tomlinson broke it in 2006. Hornung Rushed for 3,711 yards and 50 TD's , is a 2X Pro Bowler, and the 1961 MVP.

Reggie White  ( DT ) : White started out his Career in Philadelphia where he played 8 seasons compiling 124 sacks including  a career high 21 in 1987-- in 1993 White was declared a "Free Agent" and decided not to resign with the Eagles and shop around for another team...he ended up landing in Green Bay where GM Ron Wolf was putting together a team to eventually turn around a dismall franchise that hadnt been to a super bowl since 1968. As a Packer he racked up 68.5 sacks becoming the Packers all time leader in that category untill KBG broke that record in 2007. White finally got to win "the big one" when the Packers won  Super Bowl  XXXI in 1997  ---- Hes a 13X Pro Bowler, 2X Defensive Player of the Year and was voted on the NFL All Decade team in the 1980's and 90's and the 75th anniversary team

Brett Favre ( QB ) :  Before Brett Favre had arrived in Green Bay the Packers were struggling to get there franchise to win games ( in 24 seasons since Lombardi left the Packers only had 5 Winning Seasons )  -- they had brought him in 1993  ( in a trade with Atlanta ) but he still was just a backup and Don Majkowski was the starter. When  the "Majik Man" got injured durring the Cincinnati Game the young Rookie led the Packers back from a 23-17 deficit to win the game...all though he did make some mistakes in the game ( ones that would drive new coach Mike Holmgen nuts for years after ) ..he would stay the starting QB for the next 16 seasons . It would pay off -- Favre led the Packers to their first Super Bowl in over 27 years...and has broken several different passing records including TD Passes ( 442 ) , NFL Passing Yards ( 61,655 ) , Completions ( 5,377 ) and Pass Attempts ( 8,758 ) . He was a 7X All Pro Selection, 9X Pro Bowler, 3X NFL MVP, And  the  1995 NFL Offensive Player of the Year while also reaching the Super Bowl twice ( winning it once in 1997 ) .

Hutson played from 1935 to 1945, and the Packers traded for Brett in 1992.  His first start came against the Steelers 9-27-1992.

Without Max McGee, the Pack may not have won SB I. And he played with a severe hangover!

I am just going to list players that I have watched so bassically from mid 80's to present.

1. Favre( The best NFL QB of all time)

2. Reggie White(the best NFL DE of all time)

3. LeRoy Butler( Just loved this guy when he would come on a blitz & he started the Lambeau Leap)

4.Sterling Sharpe(even though his carrer was cut short he was one of the best WR's the Pack has had)

5.Driver

6.Gilbert Brown

7.Chuck Cecil

Those are my top Packers in that order and it has been a pleasure to watch these guys and I also got to meet Favre & Butler which was awsome.
