Ha. Fact? More like uninformed opinion. Boston looks absolutely ridiculous right now and their inexperience in the playoffs as a team will show (even more) if they can even get past the Cavs. Detroits tremendous amount of experience, veteran leadership, and team chemistry will allow them to take a game or two in Boston, and it is blatantly obvious that the Celts can't do anything outside of the garden.
As for the Cavs, well the Pistons did get hustled last year by LeBron, and LeBron only. It is ridiculous to say that the Cavs are better this year. The Cavs are not a team. They are Lebron with bunch of scrubs. Not one other player on this "team" (with MAYBE the exception of Z, MAYBE) would start for the Pistons. LeBron will not happen again. The Pistons have way too many reserves who can contribute while also giving up a ton of fouls if need be. And don't forget Tayshaun is one of the best on-the-ball defenders in the game.
It's simple really. The Pistons win out (by a lot) in all the categories that matter in the playoffs. The Pistons unarguably have a better bench, much more experience, a better starting 5, and a better defense than both of these teams.
Recent history dictates that it's not superstars who win championships. It's solid teams that can play together, and can use different options if something isn't working.
The only "Fact" is, Cleveland and Boston will not see the Finals.
