A few thoughts.

1. I hope we hire a hot assistant. It seems like Thibodeaux from Boston or someone of that ilk. I'm thinking hopefully we can get someone tough and cheap.

2. My single thought on Stephon Marbury is this, I would rather be told that I have cancer then hear that the Bulls signed or traded for that pile of monkey crap. Does that answer your question?

Avery Johnson fits John Paxson's mold of a coach very well, and has experience as a head coach in the league. For some reason paxson does not like him at all and will not even interview him. As a fan I think he would work out well, but perhaps there is more to it then I know. I think things ended ugly for Avery in Dallas, and maybe Paxson wants a coach he can control. I am not sure who Pax will hire, but Scoreface might be right in it being  a cheap Asst. coach.

I just feel that a young team like the Bulls should have a experienced head coach. Time will tell if this team can improve with an asst. coach at the helm.

I am glad that I am not the only one that like Avery Johnson.  I think he was good leader when he was a player and he was good leader in Dallas.  I think Dallas took a beaten from the Finals and never recovered.  You can blame some of that on the coach, but I think the big problem was the players.

I think Johnson can bring a good offense and a good defense to this team.  I believe he can get the most out of the young players.  I also believe this team will be different with Hughes and Gooden a full season.  I think they bring some thing to the table that we can use.

I hope Paxson talk to Johnson.  I would like to see Johnson on the Bull's sideline.

You need a super star heh?  How about Derrick Rose?  Is he good enough for you?  Or do you still want to pay $15 million/year for a fat overweight Carmelo?

Why don't you trade Gordon and Deng to the Heat for the #2 pick?  Then you can have Rose and Beasley?
