Stern is behind the entire thing. HE decides the outcomes of games. That is why he is certain that everyone else is innocent. They are simly doing what he tells them. It's so obvious.... the whole thing stinks. Watch game 6 of the Heat's "Championship" season.

Are you kidding me.  What chutzpah from Stern.  The NBA basically destroys Donaghy yesterday and now The Liar wants a "sitdown" with him?  Stern really thinks he is the godfather.  He definitely disgraced himself and the game but   I hope Donaghy does not give his excellency the time of day.

I'm no big fan of conspiracy theories, BUT...the San Antonio "Sterns" are in the Western Conference Finals AGAIN...Hmmmm.

lol.  i never believe in conspiracies either but this is one that i have been wondering about for a looooong time.  the refs always seemed inconsistent and calls at the end of games were always the worst.  i'll bet my house that there were many more refs involved and i do believe stern is in on it as well.  he's always come off as a slimeball to me and all his decisions regarding the nba have sucked.  i feel like im watching wrestling now.  all show.  lol.

10 years from now, Stern will be sitting in a Federal Prison eating turkey gravy potatoes, it might not be from this "reffing" scandal, (although I made my screen-name after the '03 Blazers-Lakers conference finals that were heavily favored toward the Lakers) or the disgusting antics behind the moving of the Seattle SuperSonics, or from the Suns '07 screw job, or the hundred of terrible moves by this idiot of a commish.

This guy has unbelievably survived the fall of the NBA, turned it into a superstar love fest, and then when moderate Americans turned their back, traded our loyalty to the Europeans, letting hundreds of should-be post players who prefer to loiter around the three point line infiltrate the NBA to get out of nation interests amped up.  The Spurs aren't the biggest market in America, but worldwide they're huge.  Surprised they find it into the finals every other year?  (they are a good team, but they do get an unhealthy dose of friendly calls).

Long story short.  Stern is dirty.  Where is the investigative journalism that needs to put this guy behind bars.  In an era of dirty CEO's, Stern is getting a free pass because he isn't affecting the pensions of thousands of workers.  But he is equally as unethical, immoral, and downright criminal as any the "thugs" he's allowed in the NBA.

"Not accurate," Stern said. "Untruthful." That is not the first time nor the last time that those words will be associated with Stern.

In the words of older NBA fans: "So much for those Michael Jordan championships."

Is Charles Smith still being fouled with no whistle blown?

Did Mookie Blaylock ever figure out why Chicago got the ball after he was nailed off the court by MJ?

Will the NBA do the right thing and give Patrick Ewing, Charles Barkley, Karl Malone, John Stockton, and Reggie Miller NBA championship rings since they were screwed over and over again by Stern's refs and the "MJ Rules"?

I like how Stern made the comment that "he should have thought about his wife and four kids before committing these crimes." That seems like an indirect threat if you ask me. Stern has made the NBA corrupt. Their has been way too many bad calls and no calls by refs in the clutch in the NBA too. Just look at game 5 of the Utah-Lakers game. I was rooting for the Lakers and could see all the bops that were going on to make sure the Lakers closed it out. And the MJ thing was pretty bad. He was the great one but the favoritism on calls was just plain stupid!
