As a Utah fan, I know Utah would never do that deal. It helps us none and they would never give up Boozer, who has great chemistry with DWill and is a 20-10 guy, and Ronnie B. who is a stud and will only get better.

We need to get rid of Rasheed Wallace, first and for most. He is our morale leader and that is a TERRIBLE thing. With his emotional breakdowns and inconsistency means the same thing for the rest of our team. Once we get rid of him and acquire a good post player that can rebound, play defense, and score on the block we will be in the NBA Finals once again. I was thinking of maybe Rasheed Wallace and Tayshaun Prince or Richard Hamilton for Amare Stoudamire. I don't think Phoinex would buy into it, though.

I see no option that would allow Hamilton nor Prince go! For different reasons but they represent the future of the franchise. Look for Mcdyess and Wallace to be gone for a trade and perhaps opt out of final year of contract. The future is on the bench for Pistons and a bit of luck with trade and draft picks will round out an already good team with a new coach coming.

DJ, I cant really see the Jazz getting rid of Boozer, but possible. Brewer, I do not think so. Sloan loves this guy cause of his hard work and D. Interesting topic, but I dont see it. I really see the Jazz staying the course and letting a young team grow. I would, thoughI would love seeing Rip and Tayshaun in a Jazz jersey, I just dont see it.

I would put money on Utah trading Boozer.  It has nothing to do with whether they like him or now, it has to do with money.  They have too many big contracts, so, when it comes time to resign Boozer and D-Will they will not be able to afford both.  So... trade now, get some value, or lose him to FA.

mc, that really is a valid point. Jazz have a lot of money wrapped up in contract in the future. The biggest is AK and we do not get the bang for the buck. I do not see a Boozer trade, though. Jazz offense is wrapped around the PG and PF. Wont happen. Booz did not play well in the playoffs this year, but, that is certainly not a comment on his talent. Jazz have invested a lot in him and he is not going anywhere. Invested a lot in AK also, but Booz brings more buck for the bang. Because Boozer disapeared in the playoffs this year, certainly does not make him a lost cause. Jazz management certainly knows this. Boozer will play for the Jazz for years. Just like D-Will be locked down for many years when he signs the contract he will this summer. These two want to play for a winning team and they both believe they are there. This team is going nowhere, because they both  believe they are on a team of the future that will win, and win big.
