Vickers was dumped like mears was. Also Waht information could Tony take to another organization that he won't already know by the end of teh season . Also, the way ESPN explained the sponsorship with Office Depot is that it won't kick in until 2010 and that is when Tony will become owner of the team, not next year but after he fulfills his contract with JGR. Again, Tony has had as good equipment as everyone else has a JGR, He just has had the bad luck bug bite him. So to say JGR is not giving him top equipment is like saying HMS is not giving Jeff Gordon Top equipment. It all comes down to the bottom line and that is business. So yes I can see 40 Million being a buy out price.
