How can you be a top defense if you need help at corner, saftey and d end. These are all key positions. I am not saying that your team sucks just that your arguement doesn't work for me. Arguably you do have the best RB tandem in the league. At this time your O line is better than ours temporarily we have let the sivves go. We also have Martz as an Offensive Coordinator not a head coach. We do have the weather and the beaches. Shaun Hill looked great behind the helm and may make Alex Smith better. An offensive line that gives any QB more than 1.8 secs to throw would help.

All I can say is thank you for signing Smith. He is exactly not what the Vikings need and would have been a big F.A. mistake. We need a sack specialist, we already have guys like Smith. Peterson will only get hurt if Green Bay puts out another bounty on him.

At least we got a QB who has shown signs that he will probably be very good soon, unlike the 49ers and one of the biggest busts in history Alex Smith. Not to mention we are on the brink of being a real contender, which the 49ers arent even close to.

Your dumb. Vikings have the best run defense in the league and an average pass defense. Their running game was still good when Peterson was injured with Chester Taylor getting the bulk of the carries. The vikings are probable one of the best options Berrian has.

No , the real question is; why would anyone want to be a 49er ? The Vikings have one of the best Olines in the league , anchored on the left side rt guard Steve Hutchinson .They have the BEST RB tandem ( and the best RB period in Adrian Peterson ) . They just signed Bernard Berrian to stretch the field , they already have good intermediate rcvrs in Bobby Wade and Sydney Rice , and Aundre' Allison has good hands and decent speed . Defenses will no longer have the luxury of putting 8-9 men in the box to stop the Vikings running attack . . . And then there's the Vikes defense . NO ONE can run against them . They are taking steps to improve both the pass rush , and the secondary . . . So the Vikings will be successful this season , and go deep into the playoffs . The 49ers , on the other hand . . . well . . . gosh , what DO they have going for them ? Another 5 and 11 season is likely . Yeah my49ersrule( nobody ) , keep smoking whatever it is that YOU need to convince yourself that YOU have a good team .

Looks like the vikes just got Berrian, who wouldn't wanna play with AP? Even if TJack is throwing him the ball, he showed good signs and can only improve. I'm excited for next season! But the draft too! Hopefully they get a DE first....

How can you say AP is the only good player on the team. I remember he was injured and the Vikings still managed to win didn't they. So i guess they would have to have other good players to do that. Yout shouldn't even try to trash talk towards the vikings when your a 9er fan. The 49ers are way worse, and oh yeah the vikes beat them this year. I would much rather be a VIKING

Seriously? I would love to be a Viking! There are many other teams that would be worse to play for . . . . Atlanta, San Fran, Miami (we'll see what the Tuna can do!) are just a few. It many be cold in Minni . . . . but, hey they do seem to be figuring some things out in the draft and free agency. Now if we could just find a quarterback to help Jackson we would be set!
