For my money there is nothing better than listening to Bob Uecker do the play by play for the Milwaukee Brewers.  Yes, he is getting old, but not only does he call a good game, but his stories are the best.  He will have his co-host literally crying he is laughing so hard.  Bob's been through the ringer as a player with not much talent and he makes sure he let people know that.  Nothing says summer up here in Wisconsin than hearing Uecker on the radio.

I could do without the MNF crew.  They really blew that one.  Al Michiels in my book is by far the best overall commentator regardless of sport.  He can do it all.  He did seem a little out of sorts doing basketball but I think that was primarily due to the fact that he was locked in the booth with Madden et al for all those years.  I remember Al when he used to do the Wide World of Sports on Saturday mornings...good times...good times.

I think Dick Vitale's voice is annoying, but he knows the sport of basketball. Even though he's not a broadcaster, John Clayton, NFL analyst for ESPN is so...ugh. He never played the sport, and he shouldn't even have that job.

The most bias is Jay "Bias" Bilas, as I call him he just can't get enough of the ACC. You can talk all you want about them tonight because of the big showdown, but he just throws off any other conference. The most bias writer, is Gary Parrish, on this site.

Tim McCarver is the worst come playoff time. When someone gets a double he says single. He is not focused on the game.

Forgot a couple bad ones, Stephen A. Smith, just talks to fast and to loud, just shut up buddy. Bill Walton, he goes to crazy sometimes.

i'd have to say for football it would be jim nantz and phil simms they are great together and for base ball it would be the rem dogg and don orsilo because they don't state the obvious and they make me laugh witch i think is important cuz games can drag at times ya know

can't stand joe buck and mccarver they are to pro Yankees it makes me sick and they can't stand the Red Sox and i'm not turning this into a new york boston thing but i see that when they play each other all the time ...it's been said that buck would be pumping gas if not for his old man, now he was a great guy!

i also liked the old sunday night football crew they made me laugh alot too , miss them

i don''t like the new set up , with thursday football ,nbc just sucks and i can't stand madden n micheals or costas ,collinsworth cuz of them i don't watch any more
