	The Rockets are on a 19 game win streak, dropped 2 spots just because they lost Yao and continued winning and the story is about the Bobcats? Not only that but why in the world are the Utah "flopping" Jazz ahead of the Rockets?

	i believe the Rockets moved up 2 spots from 8 to 6...not a bad move considering how tough the west is.

	yeah the power rankings should be how the teams are doing at that point in time the rankings are made no matter what happens during the beginning of the season... if i remember right they were a 500 team and after the 19 game streak they have one of the best records even without the franchise center... they should be number 1 for this week because they are currently playing the best ball in all of the league

DEFINITELY about the Jazz

	I agree, the Rockets at #6 is ridiculous. I'm a Jazz fan, and I don't think they should be above the Rockets. No one should be above the Rockets right now; they have the 3rd-longest winning streak in NBA history! The ESPN rankings are much better.

	Go ahead put the Rockets ahead of the Jazz, but they are not any better than the Celtics, Pistons, Lakers, or Spurs. What does one spot do for you anyway...We shall see how they fare in the playoffs. I doubt they get out of the first round.

	You do realize this isn't college football. The rankings don't matter for anything. Whether they are ranked #1 or 30th, they will enter the playoffs seeded based on their win/loss record (currently the 3 seed).

	just look at nba.com the power ranking are much more accurate there, and thats what it has come down to. Nba.com is a much better website when it comes down to rankings and stats. The Rockets are killing opponents and the only reason they are not winning by 20 and 25 points is because of games like the ones against the Nets where all of our starters sit out the last quarter. Where as Lebron and kobe always play every minute and never let anyone get any burn... thats why the rockets bench is always prepared. Go rockets go as they are the story of the year . One more thing... What I believe all people forget is that the Rockets are still and always will be playing without Yao Ming. Try doing that to the Lakers. Take out Gasol. Their season was crap before that. The Rockets have learned to kplay team basketball. The Lakers lost to the Kings? And we're talking about them beating the Rockets? Who knows who the Lakers or the Rockets will be playing in the first round... but take out anyone's star and they dessimate. Just like the Celtics did for a little without K.G. We'll see REPLY PLEASE

	Has McGrady ever won a playoff series? didn't think so. The Rockets are as hot as can be, but they will blow it again in the first round. Don't forget that Utah went into your house on game 7 and stuck it to you. The Rockets haven't really played many good teams during their run.
