UNC can't help where the comittee puts them.   They however did know that with that # 1 seed you were pretty much guaranteed to play in NC til the Final Four.  But, the one thing that you have got to remember is that UNC lost 2 games this year.  Both at home.  So if the home court advantage is a factor they should have gone undefeated this year.

Also I would say that NC has had a habit of keeping games close and pulling them out at the end (same with UCLA).  If they continue the trend then it could be an early exit for them.  Especially against a good scoring team that can make shots.

Yet Freeman doesn't have the Heels going to the FInal Four.

What a genius.

I guess Freeman is smoking crack again?

Freeman didn't choose Carolina because they have the "white" guy.

The NCAA decided long ago where the games would be played. As number one seed, whether Freeman likes it or not, UNC earned the right to play in the most advantageous spot. I just happens this year, it's the Raleigh/Charlotte double.

Yes Mr. Freeman your so right.  Thanks for admitting just how much of a idiot you are. How could not the #1 team in the country play in the east regional even if it was determined long before you became the racist and anti UNC fan that you are. I agree with the others who have posted here and on your "other white boy story" you don't really know what your talking about. UNC won every game they had to when they had to and deserve to be where there at in spite of your bias. I see you had to bring up your Hibert again who is a very good player indeed and Ewing who all of a sudden has become one of the most well rounded and talented players in college basketball according to your brillance. Wow you go off on people like Vitale who you claimed "must be smoking crack "even though your the one with the past for  that and mentioned that Tyler H. was in the same category as how you claim Ewing is but TH is well that he's a "white boy" so how can that be? I have nothing wrong with Hibert he is great. Ewing..He's great to but my problem is that you talk out of both sides of your mouth. But what can you expect as you so said" I'm a idiot"

Well Freeman we all know who you're against. You not only knock the Heels for being seeded close to home but I noticed you're the only one that didn't pick the Heels to get out of the regional. After last weeks bonehead article where you played the race card about Tyler only being hyped because he's white I'm wondering if  been around the Rev. Al Sharpton too much. Last year all we heard was Durant, Durant, Durant yet you had no article about him being black. Durant is a great player and deserved all the accolades as does Tyler. I love to watch Tiger play golf  and he is seen far more than any other golfer. People like what they like and most times color has nothing to do with it until some card toting NAACP activist like yourself reminds us that some people will never let  it die. Maybe they should have put Duke in the East because 8 more miles would have done away with the homecourt advantage. By the way where does UCLA  play their first two games or Texas if they get to the Sweet 16. Grow up Freeman
