Sue.... Entertaining??? Gee if i would have answered a Question about Probate with a Contract Law "take", I do not think the readers of my Calif Bar Exam all that Entertaining.. I am just saying....
If you can't draw upon an actual experience it might not be very "memorable" just saying... Heck I have a KU fan posing as a KSU fan as my opponent and we are debating who was a better College player Alcindor or Chamberlin and Chamberlin played at KU... Chamberlin was the BEST ever Harlem Globetrotter however!!!

I say go Belmont!!!. I attended Belmont United Methodist Church right across the street and of course I am a Vandy fan but Belmont deserves props because they are not afraid to play anybody. They represent Nashville and the State of Tenneessee well. I can see you are making a rally and will soon pull the upset.

Well, I like her essay. A key to good writing is an imagination. It captivates readers and gives them a chance to envision what could be. It's artsy, creative, and may be more effective than some people here think.

JusSaySue, great essay. I admire you taking on this task(and some unnecessary negativity along with it) even though your not a Belmont fan.

But Sue gets my vote because of all the technicality talk from the lawyers on the thread.

Whether you want to believe it or not.. Her post could be easily considered Off-Topic.. Writing something that could happen, when the question was "What is your favorite moment?"..... There's a definite difference. That is all I said... Also..Don't they also say Sports are about fun? Look how that turned out... Also, Please don't patronize the Law profession with comments that are intended to utilize morally corrupted stereotypes... That's not right, I've said nothing about anyone else's profession.

To answer you from the other thread Magic Whoever wins will win and my life will not change either way. We somehow haven't "met" previously or you would know I was raised to be Southern "lady" and do not indulge in smears or indulge into much negativity.
I am mostly nice or just quiet (never handed out a warning or zero) and just happened before this contest thingy ever started to have many good friends here who will be my friends when this is over.
I did feel "out manned " (your words) when your attack came on my essay only because I did not know how to respond except like I said "felt I had to have a creative way to generate interest" which we both evidently have done. However, I did not say anything about the or ask for help except what you read on our thread and here.
I may have campaigned for votes but really most places I campaign I asked for critique or votes so maybe others in the contest got exposure from folks who didn't even know there was a contest.
Good luck (at the moment you are way ahead)
