yea im with axemen. enjoy your superbowl victory, but sorry.. Your not even close to a dynasty. Hell without a superbowl win, the Eagles were closer to a dynasty from 02-04 than the Giants are now. Not a chance in the world the giants will win another sb anythime soon. hell goodluck even making the playoffs next year..

First off Rayneman, at least he isn't a drunk throwing up on the field in the SB, like I recall someone doing.

To compare Eli to Trent Dilfer or Brad Johnson is pure stupidity.  Dilfer had two 20+ TD seasons in how long of a career?  Eli has already had 3 in the begining of his.

"The 2004 Eagles would've beat the 2007 Giants like a red-headed stepchild. Not even close."  The Giants beat a better Patriots team than the one you guys played in the SB so I don't know where you can assume that from.

As for losing Strahan it won't be as bad as you think, (don't get me wrong Strahan is one of my all time favorite players) he isn't even the best DE on our team anymore and our depth at that spot can be filled by moving one of our LBs back to his original position.  Now yes that would leave a hole at LB, something we would have to address in the draft.  In NOWAY was I saying that wouldn't leave us less than desirable at LB (so things wouldn't be so "peachy in Giantland") but you must have amnesia b/c you forgot we are talking about the D-line not LB (drafting a LB would be a concern for the Giants with moving Kiwi back to the line.  Thats all I was saying but keep putting words in my mouth)  so our d-line wouldn't miss a step.

Rayneman whose talking about dynasty?  and your Eagles were nowhere close to a dynasty (they went to one SB and lost so I don't Know where you can even mention the word Dynasty try winning one first.)  By the way 02-04 is only 2 yrs.  You can't have a dynasty in 2 yrs.

Not make the playoffs???  If you took nation poll or polled the so called "experts" it would be overwhelmingly in favor of the Giants.

Enjoy the last remnants of your "dynasty", the Eagles have one more playoff run (possibly) before there in rebuilding mode with Kelvin Kolb at the helm.

Sorry incomplete thought.  What I ment to say is if you took a poll of who is more likely to make it to the playoffs, the Giants or the Eagles, it would be overwelhmingly in favor of the Giants.

dude your gmen are not that good! you won the superbowl i'll give you that! im not an Eagles fan just face the facts that the 02-04 Eagles are WAAAAAAAY better than your gmen are now. thanks for trying out, better luck next year fool.  Aslo when Eli has a season when he throws less than 1 int a game i'll maybe mention him as a top 10 qb.... maybe.. until then I might not even pick him in a back yard football game.

Oh and btw, you faced the oldest team as far as age of players in te league. the Pats were beat up by the end of the season, thats why you beat them. The Eagles faced a younger, much more hungry pats team when they played them in the sb.

also gmen 02-04 is three years retard, that would be 02, 03, 04.... And i never said that the Eagles were in a dynasty, i said that they were closer than the Giants. is it just me or did this superbowl get to the heads of the thier fans worst than anyone else? Again, congrats on your season, but this is where it ends.

Again I don't know where you're coming up with any of this dynasty or Eli being a top ten QB.  I never said we were going to be a dynasty and all the credit that I gave to Eli was that he was better than Trent Dilfer and Brad Johnson, and I think you would find a lot of people who agree with that. On the other hand I was never one of the Eli bashers I like him as a QB and I have allways said that it takes 3 to 4 years before you can really judge how a QB is going to be.  Eli has had just 3 full seasons as a starter, so what we get rid of him for another project or do bring back Kerry Collins or some other cast off QB?  You may have just watched Eli find that unexplained it factor that all successful QBs find, the only difference is he found his in front of the nation through the playoffs.  Now I am not saying he is going to be peyton but look at Peytons 4th year in the league He had 26 TDs and 23 INTs, look familiar?  I do think Eli is a top 10 QB, you give me 10 QBs that are ahead of him and I will give you some valid arguements towards the end of that list.

Anoher thing why are you talking about the 02-04 Eagles?  This thread is about the future of the teams not the past, I have to tell you the Giants future looks better than the Eagles.  Ther
