	chances? Chris Henry, WR for the Bengals is being charged with counts of assault and criminal damaging. He allegedly smashed an 18 year old's window and punched him in the face. Henry says it wasn't him. He could likely face a life long ban if proven guilty. Does this hurt Pacman's chances of being reinstated? 	I'm not saying Henry is innocent, but someone with a bad track record usually has a lot of people against him which means he has a price on his head. I'm curious to find out the truth of this story. He's got a heck of a track record, but this really could be someone out to get him.

	Pacboy Pacboy what are you gonna do , what are you gonna do when the commish doesn't reinstate you. I hope the Cowboys can get him though. Get the deal done please Jerry. Hopefully Jerry can change the commish mind after the cowboys traded for him.

	What is uuuup Grapes. If you're the commish I would think you have to look at each case individually. So no, Henry's deal shouldn't affect Pac at all. I believe he will be reinstated as do the 'Boys. But everyone knows that one more slip up and he's done forever. I tell you what, he better be worth it because Dallas is going to catch much flack for giving him another chance considering his hoodlum background. Don't let us down dude!

	I am with Howl on this one, I think that you have to look at each individual separately. Henry has had a lot more incidents than the Pacman has. You can't make judgement on all people because of a few bad ones.

	While I agree with a lot of you on them being two different people, and two different situations, I don't know that Goodell will see it that way. For Jones' sake, I hope he does.

	Even if Goodell reinstates Pacman, Henry's arrest will still hurt him in the end. Pacman has just begun to accept responsibility for his actions. Henry was suspended for the same reason Pacman was suspended. The media will be all over this. Jerry will have it hanging over his head until we win a Superbowl. One good thing about this; I think all teams that may have been interested in Pacman, just may pull back now. Too many character issues and not enough winning = "The Bengals" organization or worse. But we were 13-3 and Jerry is not concerned about that happening. We have great veterans that don't mind being mentors to the young players. I'm glad to say our "team" supports all of its players.
