Travis Henry had his troubles and injuries last year but started off the year as the leading rusher,Believe it or not, LaMont Jordan was the leading rusher until he hurt his back against Miami.
IMO the Chargers have the best team on paper, but, they play the games for a reason right?
I would say Chargers, Raiders, and Broncos could all make a run at the division, sorry Cheifs, you really have no hope.
Thats evident by the zero, thats right, zero votes for the Chiefs.
Anyways, go raiders !

I'll give you Cutler and Marshall even though Marshall is a dumb A**! other than those two what the hell has the others done? The Broncos are playing Terriable right now just face it! no need to be bitter over the truth! My cousin is a lifelong Broncos fan that lives in Denver! This is what he tells me! Its time to say goodbye to Mike time has passed you by Shanahan and get this team back to winning like it should be! They might do something if they go after a team that has productive free agents not like the damn Browns they picked apart a few years back! For god sakes who wants to be like the Browns of then? The Browns didnt even want to be the Browns then! Im not saying the Broncos are way of here, im just saying they have made alot more bad decisions in the last couple of years than good ones!

Just ask the Saints and the Bears last year ... AND of course the Patriots in the Super Bowl
Also letting go of Turner might but more pressure and carries on LT and as the season wears on, you never know how much that extra punishment puts on a RB. Let's get the season started, nothing is given

Lets be honest, the best talent is on San Diego-even as bad a coach as Norv Turner is, look at how they almost screwed up last year, especially in the beginning of the season, even he can't screw that team up. They should be the AFC lock. However, the Raiders have a completely new look and I think will be very competitive especially with a good 4th pick (McFadden) and finally the ability to throw the football and with the last place schedule could win 8 or 9 games-remember last year they lost about 6 games where they had a late 4th quarter lead. Kansas City is, in my estimation, no better than a 3 or 4 win team and looking at Denver, I think they are on a downswing and can be anything from a 5 win team to maybe 9 or 10, but I think they will be down on the lower end.

It was actually Bill Callahan who took the Raiders to the superbowl--Turner was the coach that actually screwed the Raiders up-Turner has a habit of turning good teams into bad ones.

I think Sproles will certianly see more playing time this year backing up Ladainian, and we'll probably get a decent RB in the draft, so while I agree LT will have more carries, I think they'll figure out ways to let him stay fresh.

The players are responding well to Turner, and he has a nice record as an O coordinator, especially with this team, so I'm still giving him a shot. Not 100% convinced but maybe 90%

Raiders are who they are. Chiefs aren't awful and could compete for .500 this year. And the Chargers still have Norv Turner as their HC, he took the Raiders to the SB with another guys players and look what happened the rest of his time there.Steeltrain.... Are you sure that you really want to stand by your statement on this one? Cause last time I checked Norv Turner didn't come anywhere clost to smelling the Superbowl with the Riders. I'm fairly sure that was Bill Calahan who went to the Superbowl against Jon Gruden with the team that Gruden had built in Oakland, than he went 4-12 the next season and was fired and was then replaced by Norv Turner. I'm not going to question your fanhood or anything but you might want to watch a little more ESPN before you post on here and make yourself look just a little bit foolish.
Now I voted that the Raiders would win the division, but that's just me being biased and cheering for my squad. I honestly think that the Chargers will take the division crown one more time, but the gap is getting smaller between them and the other teams. I don't believe that there is a clear cut #2 team in the division. IMO I think that the Broncos and Raiders are evenly matched in terms of talent with all of Oaklands off-season pickups. But if you go off of what we saw last year than I'd give the edge to Oakland. Mainly because they seemed to dominate Denver in both games last season. The Cheifs are the cellar-dwellars of the division to me. They seem to have the most holes in the division. Ya I understant that they had a nice defense last season. Yes I know that they were the only team in the division to beat the Chargers last season. But at the same time they got killed by Denver in both games against them and had trouble with Oakland in both games as well, spliting the wins.
I say it goes down something like this:
1) Chargers going either 11-5 or 10-6
2a-3) Raiders anywhere from 9-7 to 7-9
2b-3) Broncos also between 9-7 to 7-9
4) Cheifs bringing up the rear at 5-11
But this is just my opinion though.

How about the Raiders and their 300 lb QB
SSSFA_GTC_GWP........ what the f..k are you talking about? First of all he isn't 300 lbs. He weighed in at 272 lbs. That's 25 lbs lighter than what you said. Plus the kid is 6-5 which means he is able to carry and distribute that weight without hurting his ability to play the game. His colle | |
