The Ducks look horrid. How did this team every make it to the playoffs? Giguere should be benched immediately. After giving up 9 goals in two games, a speed bump could do better. We already knew they would have trouble scoring, but I sure did not expect their defense to mail it in.

I agree, the Ducks looked half way decent when they scored 2 consecutive goals, it looked like they were getting things together and were taking over the game.  Then the third period came along and we all know what happened there.

its not entirely giguere's fault
there hasnt been any defense and their penalty kill has been down right awful
they need to get things together quickly to avoid an embarassing sweep

Yeah, but the Starsare looking awesome!!!  This is their first win in the playoffs that wasn't a shutout in what, 2 years.  The Stars are taking the physical approach and are beatingthe Ducks at their own strength.  Giguere has looked  feeble, he has let by some easy goals.  Turco is only looking good because the Ducks have lacked good scoring chances.

  Look for the Stars to win the series 4-1

I disagree that the Stars are beating the Ducks at their own strength, being physical... considering a small Ducks player (the name escapes me right now) crushed Ott multiple times.  The Ducks are hitting hard like usual, but the Stars definitely are not letting the ducks physicality phase them at all.  It will be interesting to see if the Ducks are able to make adjustments and get at least one game from the Stars.

The Ducks can't stop the power play.  It seems like as soon as the guy gets in the box he is coming back out 30 seconds later because the Stars scored.  I don't think the Stars are being more physical either, but apparently they are better at taking advantage of scoring opportunities.  If Anaheim doesn't figure out how to kill the penalty (or not commit penalties!) then they'll be swept.
