I have been living in the L.A .area for 24 years, I have been a Loyal Die Hard Saints fan for over 35 years. I grew up in Southern Miss and the Saints belong in N.O. no where else, period. New Orleans without the Saints, would be death to N.O. There is not a single city or area that backs a team the way New Orleans does. Los Angeles will get a team, but they are looking for a franchise to be awarded, not an existing team. The area they are building (supposedly) the staduim is 20 miles outside L.A., right on the Los Angeles County and Orange County border, and 5 miles from Riverside County. No one from L.A. will even care about a team located there. The group that is heading this effort is looking to put this staduim up for many other venues, such as moto cross, monster trucks, etc. These events fill Anaheim Stadium (middle of Orange County) all the time and this new Stadium is closer to a very large population of about 2.5 million (Inland Empire) So, Local Saints Fans I would not worry about dem Saints moving, besides the Houston Texans Owners are the most likely to move first, they are losing money left and right.
