Dang it

Well we knew it was coming. Sucks though. Heard A.J. Abrams is going pro too. Gonna lose both our top scorers. We still have our other 3 starters returning which is great, but we are in desperate need of guard play now. (godly) posted that J'Covan Brown, the 6-2 nationally ranked combo guard from Port Arthur Memorial signed a letter of intent with Texas, which is fantastic now that we need a guard. Hope he is ready to step in and play immediately, cause we need him. We will still be a very competive team that will go very far. Just have to wait and see how far.

augustine was supposed to hold off hiring an agent as well...though i'm reasonably sure he'll be gone next year...and abrahms could be too, as he shoots lights out...only time will tell...maybe they'll both be back...

You know, everyone is counting out the Longhorns because Augustin is leaving. Well, I think that whoever comes in to replace him is going to have some very big shoes to fill. I have heard good things about Balbay, the Argentinian  (?) I could be wrong about his nationality, who redshirted this past  year. And now with the idea of a nationally ranked h.s. point guard coming next year, it could be an  exciting year again for Texas.

Oh, how I long for a team with Kevin Durant, DJ Augustin, TJ Ford, LaMarcus Aldridge and Daniel Gibson. Can you imagine? Dang!!!

AJ will be back this is the first year that the NBA will pay for try-outs so alot of players are going to get a free look. The only reason Gibson left is because he made 24-25 3's in his workout and the cavs said they would draft him. AJ just wants a free workout and to hear that he should come back and play point because he is to small. If he wants to be AI then he better start dribbling everyday for the rest of his life.
