I find it hard to believe no one has thought about Brown coaching the Knicks again.  Walsh has cleaned house, and I've got to believe Brown hates the way that job was left...his last stint as a coach was a failure basically, but mainly because he had "the disaster," aka Isiah Thomas as his boss.

I agree. It would seem counter intuitive for him to return to such a well-publicized debacle. However, since it has been proven beyond a doubt that it was all Thomas' fault, I think he could return there and probably help the Knicks. He's a good coach, but I'd be concerned about his health. Plus, the Knicks will probably end up being a young team next year. Brown has a reputation for not getting on well with young guys, but I think that's been overblown.

As a Pistons fan, I like Brown and wish him the best - 'cause even if he does go to NY, they won't be contenders for a long, long time.

I have wondered the same thing.  If he came back and found success in New York (and he is a New Yorker) then he squarely hangs his last failure on Zeke's errors and proves he could turn this around.  I wonder what his relationship with Donnie Walsh is like?

As a Knick's fan since 1970, I would welcome LB v2.0 in the Garden.
