I don't know, I'll wait to hear the final report, but to be honest, I'm more upset about the pot then the gun. I know I plan to own a firearm when im out of college, and I don't want to criticize someone for something I might do, not in my car, for sure, but still I want to make sure I have a means of personal protection. I definatly think he needs a severe punishment, maybe even off the team, but I can't say if I think what he did was totally wrong.
I can't remember, was the gun in his glove box? If so, what was the reason to search it in the first place?
I know that with the Geno Hayes thing last year I thought Geno got screwed on that, and the police report didn't add up (the bit with Surrency charging the officer and knocking him to the ground even though he was in full leg cast?)
I hope he can get this cleared up, but if doesn't he definately needs to be kicked. We can replace him, it will be tough, but we reallly need to get this program back to respectability.
This is such an aweful kick while we're down, our best offensive player does something so stupid. I sure hope we can get things straightened out, but don't forget that JUCO wideout, he looks stellar. Him and Carr, man their big, and fast, and hopefully will dominate opponents.
