This is going to be a very interesting series. I am mainly concerned with the same thing I usually am. Will the Red Wings be able to solve the goalie before it's too late. Jose Theodore is going to be a problem, but I still think we take then in 6 maybe 7.

I am glad San Jose is still in it as it will take some attention away from the Wings, and we do tend to operate better when the sports community keeps us under the radar. I am confident the Stars can take care of the Sharks so we don't have to worry too much about getting beat up before the Cup Finals. Either way this is going to be a fun one to watch.

We beat the Av's all 4 times we played, but this is the playoffs and the regular season is out the window.

We must get off to a good start and that means winning the first one Thursday.  Lets put some good hits on their boys and move the shot selection from side to side.  Shoot a couple at Jose's head and turn D Mc loose.  Hey, does Parker still look like a lost billy goat?

It was a good game yesterday, good hits, offense did great, can't complain. Ozzy had some great saves but I can't believe he missed that slap shot under his leg guard.

Yo Milenko don't get excited, the av's are simply nowhere near as good as the wings. So much for Theodore's game last night huh? Whats his name, Budaj, had some great saves. Good reactions. Try sticking to him for game 2 see how he does.

As for my wings, do you guys think ozzy should continue to play through these series? I mean, Dom isn't consistent but HE DID in fact, sweep the series against the av's this year. 4 of 4 games one and 3 of them shutouts. I like those stats. but then again, this IS the playoffs and the av's do look a lot quicker out on the ice than they did in the regular season. Just something to put out for discussion. Personally, i say ozzy should continue but keep dom up to par because ozzy has his games where you turn and ask the guy next to you, what just happened? we're down three zip in the first 10 minutes of the game.
