Redemption For Michael Vick?

Appreciate your thoughtfulness, Fangs - and the wonderful compliment!  It is not worth my time to try to raise his consciousness.....his latest questions are absurd, ie how can an animal assist him out of a fire, etc........he evidently is unaware of how animals have saved people in the past and continue to do so.

......I do not expect him to actually leave me alone as this is not the only thread he has been on in his attempts to gain negative attention.....but it is the very last time he will get any attention from me. 

kingted....your post expressed very nice thoughts.....have to point out the fact that vick did not actually make "a bad decision" as the reality is he committed evil over and over and over and over and over for many many many years!....and he was a dogfighter way before he had become wealthy. His greed was more in the form of bloodthirst!  If G-d wants to give him a second chance then so be it.....

we mere humans who value and respect innocent life and who have to live with high amounts of evil among us prefer to try to eliminate as much of it as possible.....public opinion is sometimes the only way to let evil know it is not welcome nor will be tolerated!

Re "all men have sinned and fallen short of G-d"s glory" - imo torturing and killing innocent dogs is sooooooooooooooo much past the usual category of "sinned" muchless &q uot;fallen short" that indeed it should only be in G-d's realm as to how and when he considers forgiving as the next step.

to answer your question NO, I HAVE NEVER TOLD A LIE, STOLE ANYTHING, ETC. BECAUSE I WAS RAISED BY PARENTS IN A FAMILY THAT WAS VERY HIGHLY PRINCIPLED....AND THAT YOU CAN EVEN COMPARE "LUST" TO TORTURING AND KILLING IS AT BEST IRRATIONAL!  AND  I DEFINITELY WOULD NEVER CONSIDER TORTURING NOR KILLING.......I  HAVE NEVER BEEN PREJUDICED NOR WILL EVER BE....I DO NOT JUDGE SOMEONE OR ANYONE BY THEIR RACE, ETC ....BUT RATHER HOW THEY LIVE THEIR LIVE AND WHAT NEGATIVES THEY CAUSE TO OTHERS!

And you are guilty of judging or do you actually think you can function without it! , ie- which person to become friends with, what you consider a positive, what you consider a negative.....to not judge means one lives without depth of thought!
