With the draft over what should the Eagles do with Lito Sheppard ?

Well now i think we gotta keep him. Even if we do make a major push for Chad Johson or Boldin are they gonna want Lito? Cards just picked up Rodgers-Cromartie, Bengals have Joseph and Hall. I think we missed the boat or just wouldn't trade him for what Bucs were offering... if they indeed offerd us picks. We keep him this year and we loose him next and get less for him... if anything.

I wonder what the Eagles were thinking by not trading him . Either their were no offers or they think they can move him before the trade deadline for VALUE . I can't see them keeping a unhappy player after the TO ordeal.

i think Lito's got more class than Owens. Still your right, lets hope he can shut up and play in 08. I hope he's healthy all year, plays pissed off, plays well and gets a contract he deserves in 2009. With us or on another team. As long as he plays his best for us next year, that's all we can ask.

Trade him for a WR or LB. Is that stud Boldin still available with the Cards? Maybe we could trade him with a #2 & #3 pick next year for Boldin?
If not maybe we can get a "good" quality WR or LB plus a first or second round pick.
If he isn't happy trade him!

Yea, TO really screwed up the Eagles, we probably would have got Ocho Cinco if we weren't afraid of another TO situation. I'm actually surprised the Eagles even tried to get Moss because he gets into trouble sometimes and openly admits that he smokes pot "once every blue moon" to use his own words.

The Redskins have moss, Malcolm Kelly, randle el, cooley, Devin Thomas, Fred Davis
The Cowboys have TO, glenn, vrayton, witten
the Giants have Buress, toomer, smith, shockey, tyre, manningham
We play teams who have Ocho, Housh, Boldin, Fitz, Holt, Braylon Edwards, Kellen Winslow, and guys like deoin branch

this is true Mannn21. if Lito's healthy and gonna play we will have some major advantages on teams who like to throw out 3-4 CB's.
Giants: Burress - marked by Brown with safety help, Toomer - marked by Asante, Smith/Tyree/Mario - marked by Lito
Skins: Moss - covered by Asante, Kelly/Devin covered by Brown, El covered by Lito, send Dawkins on a blitz... SACK... loss of 7 yards Jason Campbell.
Boys: Owens - Asante with help from safety, Crayton - Brown, Glenn/Stanback - Lito

We keep him this year and we loose him next and get less for him... if anything.
Pope, maybe this is the reason they decided to take a chance on a guy like Jack Ikegwounu?? He won't play this year because of his knee injury, but before that injury he was one of the better (and perhaps most physical) CB prospects in this draft. He can sit this year out and learn while recovering and then the Eagles won't be forced to spend a pick on a CB next year and throw that guy right into the fire.
