McKrackin, there called Form contracts, not stock contracts. I go to university Indiana law school. I'm a law clerk for one of the nations top 5 health law firms. So again you got issue with a detail of mine that you do not think is correct. Well, your wrong again, because while you do follow forms, the substantive details in your contract are written by lawyers or their clerks.  Please, now your going to tell me your a legal expert, well hopefully you can because I got an Evidence exam next tuesday and I could use a little help on Hearsay.

well Jaked08, I'm not necessarily smart, i was just homeschooled and so i had my high school degree or equivalent when i was 15, and well my dad is a partner at the firm i work at. So basically my dad was an attorney and i was just expected to do that to...i just got started early, but your BA can be done in two years if you work your ass off, but it is usually considered a 4 yr degree.

Might I suggest you ditch the evidence exam and try a remedial english course.

and Mckrackin, its a "Law Clerk" not a legal clerk, seriously you may be able to spell and attempt grammer, by using your spell check, but you clearly don't know how to think, and I'd rather be a thinker then a speller
