Which makes more sence?

Should there be a seperate salary cap for rookies in the NFL or should elected officials only make an average of the people in their districts?

Rookie salary cap would allow NFL teams to sign proven free agents to higher salaries than an unproven draftee that might have had one last great season of playing college football before it all falls apart.

Elected officials would only make an average of what his/her constituants make would definitly make these elected officials try to bring higher paying jobs to their districs in order to get themselves a raise rather than coast by voting only for those things that others in his/her party tells them to vote for and still making what ever it is that congressmen/women and seators make.

if I ever see my congressmen with no guards I might hafta kick his ass to saude him to change a few laws roun here and actualy care about us ppl who arent filthy rich... i kno  its so hard
