I honestly cannot remember a position player having as much of an adverse impact on his own team as Soriano is having tonight. THis is beyond frustrating. It seems like every time we have runners in scoring position, it's that idiot at the plate to choke out any chance of a comeback. Then, every crucial ball finds him. What is unfortunate, even though those runs are unearned because of, ironically, Lee's error, the Pujols and Molina balls will both go as hits on Howry's ledger. Bob pitched great and essentially got six outs that inning. Compound this with Rich Hill's outing and the gut-wrenching defeat yesterday and this has the makings of a terrible two game stretch. Thank goodness we get 162 of them. Maybe we get a comeback...and I hope Rami didn't break his wrist.
