Stupid Refs !

 I'm with you oldhead,

You rarely see me complaining about the ref's.I've been following the Pens for soooo long I don't want to even think about it.Thats probably why we both never complain.It just doesn't do any good and the end result isn't going to change.So if your an adult,just try to comprehend a loss.It's not the end of the world and nobody died or lost their job.It's the way of the NHL.People that complain will realize this eventually (maybe years down the road).If their lucky?

I have to admit, I do complain about referees' calls, though I full well know I cannot change the outcome. This is what, in my opinion, makes the came exciting and fun to watch, though it is more fun when you see a bad call made while watching a game in which you have no interest.

All I can say is, these guys aren't making bad calls on purpose (except for NCAA Basketball "Referee" Tim Higgins), and as somebody mentioned, it is a fast-paced game, and it is difficult to gauge what's going on at times.

People complain only after they've seen the EXTRA-SUPER-SLOW-MOTION replay on TV 12,000 times, while the referee has to make the call at full speed. That's all.
