I know that it is very early in the season with only 30 games played. But how do you see the Brewers season ending up? Thoughts and comments appreciated.

Personally, I think that we should be in the Wild Card mix come September. Maybe even the division title if the Cards and Cubbies dont run away from us. We have the opportunity to get some games back.

I'm thinking it should be 87-90 games which might be enough for a title and should be enough to be in the wild card hunt. I'm hoping the Cubs and Cards beat each other up and the Crew can have a winning record against the Cubs and split with the Cards.

I would love to get 90 wins this season. That means a 90-72 record. Thats a Playoff record for sure. Or would at least be in the hunt at worse. I was happy last year with a winning record finally at 83-79, but a few more wins would have been nice. Hopefully we can put together a nice winning streak soon.

I can easily see the brew crew running hot and grabbing the top spot just as easily as i can see them falling down and having the worst season in years. What i do know though is that Brewers fans are coming back and supporting the franchise which means revenues are up and the teams are getting better and better. 3 years ago they finished just over .500 and i was proud because it was a first in recent memory. now they are picking up young stars and building something to be proud of.

Why does no one else want a new manager?  With all the talent on this team don't you think they deserve a big name or at least a successful manager?  Yost has done nothing to help this team win.  And I think we all remember last year when he continuously left pitchers out there too long and it bit us in the ass.  Now this year we leave Dillon in AAA while running Turnbow out to get shelled every other day.  And because of it we are stuck pinch hitting pitchers for pitchers!!  It took over 2 weeks to get the roster back to normal and I think we are paying for it now by being 4 games back.  I would think more people would be calling for Yost's head!!

I completly agree. I also feel like the Brewers deserve a new Manager. There has been a few times this season already, where I had literally been shocked on some of Ned Yost's decisions. I am ready for a new skipper. The Brewers have so much young talent, and could be something special with the right person leading this team. We do, however, need our pitching to step up. I think a trade would be nice.
