The Hawks played a great series. That play puts a black eye of the series.

jsal,

It certainly did put a black eye on the series.  It's like everything the team built up is being destroyed (self-inflicted destruction) in less than three periods.  That's uncharacteristic of Marvin Williams to do that, especially since he is/was a friend of Rondo.  I am disappointed Marvin made such a poor decision given his height advantage on Rondo and his ability to go for the block instead of the flagrant foul.  I could cop out and blame it on his youth and inexperience, but that was just bad judgrment.

Losing the ball on the dribble, missed layups, poor rebounding:  this is why it is ridiculous to say the Hawks weren't feeling any pressure tonight.  Quite fankly, I was tired of reading and hearing about how the Hawks "had nothing to lose."  Doc Rivers said it best when he stated "they do have something to lose; the series."

You're right... the Hawks did play pretty well and they seem they are on the right track.

Great avatar from a great show!
