I know this has been done to death, but I'm bored so here goes.
PG - Jasper (I really think this is the only way Jasper stays at UK. He really wants to play the point and I think he would be very good for us here!!) Galloway, Porter (I look for Porter to be a much improved player, if Jasper does leave he will have to be!!)
SG - Meeks (If he comes back healthy LOOK OUT!!), Porter (If Jasper stays then Porter could be our first man off the bench here. I may be wrong but I expect big things from Porter next year)
SF - Harris (Another player that I think will be improved, not great, but better ball handler and slasher) Liggins (I think CBC gives him a year to mature using him in a Jasper type roll from last year) Miller
PF - Stewart (Most Athletic guy on the team!! Again I expect vast improvement here!! With a year to learn where to be and how to play look for him to be a monster on the boards and on defense) Stevenson (Look for these two to split time almost 50/50 as they will both be impact players!!)
PF - Patterson (Not much needs to be added already a beast!!) Harrelson (Not sure how this will work out. I know nothing about him, I hope he is good enough to spell Patterson at least some)
You can see that would could go at least 10 - 11 deep!! If everybody comes back healthy, and the player development comes through then we will be a very deep and talented team!!
We win the SEC Tourny then FINAL FOUR!!

I don't think you can start Stewart, Harris, and Jasper at the same time because they can't score. It's extremely easy to defend a team if you only have to really watch for two guys. I would really like to see at least one of our new players start- Liggins, Miller, or Galloway- as we need to change something from a rather flat lineup from last year.
Jasper
Meeks
Liggins, Galloway, or Miller
Stevenson
Patterson

Jasper (Assuming he stays, if not Galloway)
Meeks
Harris (since he has a year under Billy, Miller should come in later on in the season)
Stevenson (was a beast while Patterson was out, let him bulk up some big year for Perry)
Patterson
Go Cats!!

thecatspause is reporting that jasper is leaving UK barring any last minute change of heart. so it looks like the point guard spot will be between galloway and liggins.

If the rumors are true on rivals, and Jasper dont come back the lineup would look a little like this.imo.
Liggins
Meeks
Miller
Stevenson
Patterson
I think that is the best possible lineup. I believe stewart and Galloway have massive potential. I dont see Harrelson being that great.

With Jasper gone it should look something like this..........
1 Liggons and Galloway
2 Meeks and Porter
3 Miller, Harris, and Stewart
4/5 any combination of these- PatPat, Stevenson, Harrelson, and Coury
You will be fine as long as PatPat and Meeks stay healthy all year!! Both are coming back from injuries and they are the 2 players that you can't replace. I don't think Harrelson and Coury down low or Porter at the 2 will cut it. If you stay healthy you can play your way back into the top 25 before SEC play begins. Liggons and Galloway will be matchup nightmares for any PG in the country. They better learn some post up moves in the offseason. They need to run the high/low with PatPat out top and the PG posting up. I also think Miller is going to surprize alot of you.

PG- Liggins or Galloway(don't know why people have him listed as a SF when he is a natural PG and avg. 6 or 7 apg. as a JUCO player)
SG- Meeks
SF- Miller
PF- Patterson or Stevenson
F/C- Harrellson(depending on if he is legit or just another carter/coury) or Patterson

1 - Liggins
2 - Meeks
3 - Harris (unless D. Miller comes along like we hope he will)
4 - Stevenson
5 - PatPat
like to see another scorer in there but that could be a fun team to watch......

It will more than likely be this way at the beginning of the season but may change.
Liggins
Meeks
Harris
Stevenson
Patterson
I would like to have a true 5. I hope Carter can be that if he makes an improvement during the off season. I really do not see Harrelson making an impact next season because of his 3 star rating. I expect big things out of Liggins,Steveson, Harris, and Miller.

It doesn't matter who starts but here is who will get the most time.
1 Liggons and Galloway
2 Meeks, Liggons, Galloway
3 Miller, Harris, Liggons, Galloway, and Stewart
4/5 any combination of these- PatPat, Stevenson, Harrelson
OUr season will hing on the performance of Pat, Meeks, Miller, (and someone else whoever it will be stepping up).

Nobody is mentioning Porter and very few Stewart. Both these guys are way too athleticly gifted to stay on the bench!!
Porter can flat out shoot. With the inside out game, and the constant attention people will have to pay to Patterson and Meeks it will really open up the game for Porter to shoot and Stewart to make some athletic plays inside.
If Jasper is really gone, then we will need Porter to play some quality minutes. I hope Liggons can come in an play point right away, but I don't think so. He may be a five star and a wonderful player, but it will take some time for him to adjust to the D-1 game. Galloway should be a little closer, but again there is a big difference between D-1 and JUCO.
It is just a gut feeling, but look for huge strides in Porter, Stewart, and Harris!! If Carter can stay injury free, he should give us 5 - 10 quality minutes a game as well. I would be real surprised if Coury even sees the floor next year. Coury was a tool to make the other guys buy into CBC's system. That time has come and gone. We have way too much talent to waste minutes for any thing other than mop up time for Coury this year.
