As good as some of these players have the potential to be, it doesn't suprise me.  The true test of how good a coach can be is how well they adjust to the personel they have on the court.   Another thing, what is his meaning of "win".  Will he win more than the last theree years? Probably.  Will he have a winning record? Maybe.  Remember, this is the Eastern Conference.
