It looks like this should be the end of Matt Walshs 15 minutes of fame. I hope he enjoyed them. What did he really accomplish?

HMMMMMMM, maybe those tapes were stolen by a former employee who has had possession of them for over half a decade. Maybe if you used your brain for all of two seconds you would realize that the Pats signed that statement swearing that they had no more tapes in their possession and had turned over all materials owned by them. Had the eight tapes been found in possession of a current Patriots employee they would be liable, they are not responsible for the pack ratting of some disgruntled former employee.

Give me a break. ryan41181 was absolutely correct. The Partiots turned over what they had. They aren't at fault for the private collection of a former employee.

The issue is not that they turned over what they had, and they cannot be responsible for what a former employee took -- the issue is why did they not tell the NFL they made those other tapes but they don't know where they are?

Being disgusted with this incident doesn't mean you are a Patriot hater, it just means you get pissed off when games are decided by not how the players play, but for other reasons.

This IS a big deal when you calculate all of the adverstising dollars, Vegas money, etc., into the outcome of games. So no, I think this will be around for a few more weeks at least.

did you watch the pats game? that game was not that close. the Eagles scored at the end of the game to make it just a 3 point loss.
