How un-inspired did the Yankees look lsat night?

To me they looked like they wanted to get the hell out of the park!

I have news for them, they have 3 more games with these scrappy Ray's!

There were more Yankee fan's at the game last night than Ray's fan's.

At least that's what it appeared to be.

They are playing .486 Baseball and they look like it!

They must be keeping George in a closet, because this would kill him

Yea Joe Girardi looked real "in to it" whne he was sitting in the clubhouse because he was "sick" for two games early on in the season. Joe Girardi is in way over his head. If this team doesn't make the playoffs Joe can go job hunting again and rightfully so.

I think you guys are crazy. You're practically calling for his head 40 games into a season. You're both worse than George. It's not Jpe's fault that he had 2 young pitchers struggle and his #4 and #5 hitter go down with injuries (not to mention Jeter going down and Cano and Giambi struggling). The Yankees haven't played well in April and May for the last few years and yet they always make the playoffs. We were 21-29 last year and nearly 15 games out, and yet we won the wild card pretty comfortably. Once Hughes and Kennedy have 100 innings under their belt this season they'll start living up to our expectations, but they're both raw and it's tough to put together a decent record when 40% of your starting rotation struggled. We should feel lucky that we're 1 game under .500.

If you guys haven't noticed, Joe has done a phenomenal job of managing the bullpen. Not one guy has been overused like Torre did. Come September, this will pay huge dividends. Look what happened to the Mets last season. They're bullpen fell apart because Willie practically took off Wagner's arm.
