I get it tribe, but I've never heard that.  Must be a North Carolina thing.That's how it is here in Wisconsin too. I thought it was like that everywhere

i wore 24 in basketball.  always mad that i couldn't be 23....now with Kobe wearing 24 in hindsight....

I always wore 33 in every sport i played, it was my older brothers number also so thats why i made sure to pick that up, and now my lil bro always wears that number too.

I wore #40 for basketball & football... When I got to High School, someone already had #40 on the football team, so I switched to #23.

I was actually going to guess he was born around 1967, but wikipedia proved us wrong.  He was a 22 year old junior when he hit "the shot"!
