These sports stars are no different than us " common folk " except their bank accounts have a few more zeros in them. Most people live in constant debt. Wether its credit cards or cars or mortgages, everyone is in debt someway or another. These people don't have to worry about their home loans because most will pay cash and have a house free an clear, but what they didn't think about was the property tax that they still have to pay. I know how much my taxes are on my $100k house, I couldn't imagine a 2 or 3 mill $ mansion. The more $$$ you have the more sh*t you want. It's the " American dream " I can see clearly how Sir Charles could be broke. We wasn't paid the same amounts as the players get today. Most of these guys put their money into some investors hands and watch him piss it all away on some Florida swamp land. All of these basketball players and sports stars in general all want that to be on that special episode of " Cribs Hottest whips and cribs " Just want to flashy and soo over the top they don't think about the future and how they don't have any $$$ being deposited only withdrawls. I'm not saying I feel bad for them, thats not the case at all! But they make mistakes just like the rest of us.
As for Michael Vick, I bet he is broke. I bet he blew his entire signing bonus early after signing that new deal and was banking on living on his game checks and endorsement deals to get him through the next few seasons. Just like that house that was used for dog fighting, he sold that at a considerable loss just to get out from under a house used for dog fighting. When he could of sold it for much more than its worth just because his name was on the deed. Now everything is dried up and no $$$ being deposited into his accounts and thise he owed $$$ to want their $$ back, for alot of the same reasons, they don't want to be known as an aquittance of a dog fighter.
