Yep, I wonder what all of the bandwagon Red Sox fans in the DC/Baltimore area are going to do if the Sox starting losing consistently. Oh my God , they will have to find another winning team and jump on their wagon for a while. This is not to say that there aren't loyal Sox fans in this area but I find it suspicious that they "come out of the woodwork" now that they have a winning organization. It does my heart good to see them shut up for a while anyway. Keep scrapping O's let's see how long you can make it last.

Did anybody hear about the fight in the stands on Tuesday night? Apparently when Brian Roberts was batting, a Sox fan started chanting "H G H!" An O's fan then proceeded to talk smack on Ortiz and Ramirez, which the Sox faithful did not appreciate. In the end, punches were thrown, the O's fan is being charged with assault, and he protected his house. LOL

It stinks how much the O's have fallen off both record and attendance wise. We used to pack the house all the time and now when we play the Yankees or sox it seems like were outnumbered. Its nice to see the Orioles off to a solid start this year and hopefully they can build on their success and not fade away in the second half of the season. Camden Yards is one of the best stadiums in baseball and the O's have awesome fans just waiting to see good solid winning baseball. Hopefully we can start packing the Yard agian this year.

Winning will help. They're doing well in the yard,, let's hope it continues.
A four game sweep against the Nats would help, you'll see a full house over the weekend. I've been a faithfull of this "ten year trainwreck" for the last twenty-five years,, it's nice to see the boys above .500
Now if only Cal would buy the damn team ,,,,,
Signed,

not only did i hear about it, i saw it... i was about 4 rows away from it... it was 2 sox fans and noone oriole fan and i guess hes getting charged because he threw the first punch lol, they only threw like 3 pitches during the fight because all the players were watching and it took a good 4-5 minutes for the cops to get up there cus it was in the upper reserve lol it was ridiculous and the boston fans got mostly pissed cus the whole upper deck started chanting "Boston Sucks" in response to the ridiculous amount of fans who were cheering. It was awesome and al 3 of them were bloody as hell leaving lol

terpsCT909,
The charges were dropped due to lack of evidence (read: teeth) by the "Sox faithful."

Looks like the kids were having fun at the yard today! I love it. The AL East is upside down (for the time being). I'll enjoy it while it lasts. Nice building blocks are going down for the future. Keep Roberts and bring up the kid catcher, he is the real deal. Pitchers are coming around. I'm liking what I see, competitive play, enthusiasm, exciting ball.
Go Birds!
