Taking a look at this year's NFL Draft, who do you feel will be the BIGGEST SECOND GUESS 3-4 years down the road that we could have selected.

*** NOTE- This is without moving up or down in the draft.  Just a playerwho was available at the time the Bears were up to select.***

I'm going to say John David Booty should have been selected in the 4th-round.

I think this kid will be the starting QB in Minnesota come 2010.  He has a good understanding of the West Coast offense and comes from a FOOTBALL FAMILY (the game is in his blood).

Don't get me wrong... I don't mind the Bears draft (and NONE of you should use this to bash the draft picks), but I think Booty will be special in a couple of years.

Two guys that i would have taken a shot on are either Tom Zbikowski or Corey Lynch.

I think that Zbikowski will be what Adam Archuleta was in his prime and i think that Corey Lynch may not be great but more like Dawan Landry who is solid all around, just not great.

I dont like the pick of Craig Steltz....yet at least.

If we were going to move up i would have moved back into the second and grabbed Chilo Rachel, but that wasnt part of this thread, i just wanted to throw that out there.

Mario Manningham would have been a better pick than Earl Bennett i think as well.

We could have also grabbed Rashard Mendenhall in the first and Chad Henne in the second.

We would have had good skill players but that would not have helped the OL at all.

Chris Williams may be a good OT but i question the pick a little.  Jeff Otah was supposed to be a far better run blocker but not as good of a pass blocker.

For a team that "gets off of the bus running" you would have thought that they would have grabbed the LT that can run block best.

But, supposedly Williams is ready to play pro ball now and Otah was a project, only time will tell.

I may be biased but i like Sam Baker better than any of them though but i am a USC fan.

Josh Johnson.

I know, skinny as Reggie Miller.  But check out these career stats in a Pro style O with Jim Harbaugh as a HC.  The Bears made an intriguing pick with Kellen Davis when he was still on the board and The Bucaneers  nabbed him.  I think that was the perfecft developmental choice ae QB.

I think QB Andre Woodson from Kentucky in the 5th round.  The cornerback they took may be a great talent and the tight end is a physical freak, but I think taking a chance on a QB who had a lot of success in the SEC would have been better.  Both the CB & the TE are going to be backups and special team players and are at positions the Bears are deep at, so the Bears should have taken a chance on Woodson.

Josh Johnson.  He's Michael Vick with accuracy.  AND he doesn't choke dogs!  How could you lose?

Just a sidebar, there was another running/passing quarterback everybody thought was too skinny back in the day that turned out to have a pretty decent career.  Randall Cunningham anyone?

*** NOTE***

PLEASE PUT WHAT ROUND YOU THINK THE PLAYER SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHOSEN.  THAT MAKES THE QUESTION THAT MUCH MORE INTERESTING.
