I think we need to put Horry in a boxing ring with West and let them go at it. Horry would get his classless a$$ whipped. Horry is a cheap prick just like Bowen. Cheap and classless.

Damnit RF stop making sense, I'm not supposed to be agreeing with the other teams fans this much lol LOL b100d....but thats how you separate the true fans from the idiots. I have no problem interacting with fans of the opposing team, as long as their comments are thought out and not just spewing trash.

Hopefully David West's back is Ok for game 7. Hate to see the Hornet's missing a key cog for the most important game

Is it me or does it seem in the Semi-finals for all games there is a very favorable whistle for the home teams?

Looks like someone reads the scouting rports on injuries a little too close.Nash has a nose injury, I'll go for his head. West has a pinched nerve in his upper back , I'll go for his back. I wish West would get the opp. for payback. Put'em in ring a let West display those boxing skills. He can't hit him from behind then. i like Duncan and parker and the others, i've just never liked Bowen and Horry. They've always been cheap.

Bee, actually, I think there have been a few games where the home team has won in spite of not getting the calls, but for the most part you are correct.
I base the balance of calls on the total number of free throws taken, and there have been a couple of games where the visiting team actually went to the line more and still lost. I think that happened in one of the first two games in this series, and I know it happened in the first round when the Hornets played the Mavericks. The first two games were in NO and the Mavs actually shot about 20 more FT's than the Hornets total for the two games.

No it's not you. Since it's the case they should just forego games 1 thru 6 and go straight to game 7 and see what happens. I'm sick of this crap. Both ways. I don't like to see one team favored by the refs over another. I just want to see good basketball called fairly. It's not. If the Hornets lose I will not watch another game this season. The games are poorly officiated and boring because of all the whistles. If you already know whose going to get the calls, and have it go their way, then maybe the Celtic are already the champs. They have the best record. Have home court through the playoffs. So why do they need to win on the road? So, why watch?
Just becasue I know it's going to happen, doesn't mean I have to like or accept it. It's not right. Not here, not San Antonio, not anywhere. There doesn't seem to be level playing field, and these two teams, had the same regular season records, but in all hime games they have been boring whistle ridden blow outs.

Yeah, of course they want game 7. They make more money that way. T o listen to Jeff Van Gindy talk about Chris Paul the way he did tonight really got on my nerves considering Van Gundy has not one ounce of talent in his body compared to the likes of CP3. He never had it , never will. he's a joke of a coach and commentator.

I see the Hornets and Spurs as very even teams. You would expect very close games no matter where its played. I just find it odd that there is such wide point margins in each game. I understand the homecourt advantage, but not to the extent where there is 15-18 point margins.

Is it me or is all this FIXED? I know everyone has heard it before but please!!! Everytime a visiting time gets the game close the refs do everything they can to help the home team.
This game tonight... the Hornets where close near the end of the 3rd quarter. Then... 5 maybe 6 fouls to key people in a matter of 1 to 2 minutes.
Now not to take anything away from the Spurs they shout lights out. but this game reminds me of every game lately in this round of the playoffs. 19 and 1. I love basketball and my team has been out for it seems 25 years (Washington), even if they make the playoff they are never in it.
But anyway, I only like to watch the NBA during the playoff. I'm getting to the point The refs favor the home team so much...I can't stand it.
Is it just me?

The refs favor as many games as possible because they have the chance to make more money that way. So, if by theory you figure it to be home games getting favored, You would be correct. Because the series lasts longer and refs get paid more. That's why you see lopsided scores on some games with even matchu | |
