Hopefully they will work toward a long term thing later because this guy is someone we need to hang on to.  Maybe they are trying to conserve money right now to throw at Big Al?

I don't see why they don't spend money on their key players.  This is someone they need to get locked down for at least 4 yrs.  They have plenty of cap space and should start using some money to sign players like this long term.  I've heard they could get both Big Al and Stewert with the money under cap now.

I don't want to argue with the Titans philosophy but I don't want pissed off lineman on either side of the ball.
