Howdy Chiefs fans.

I assume you guys have had a rookie mini camp. How has Dorsey looked so far?

We've got Ellis, which I'm thrilled about, and since everyone knows we tried like crazy to get Dorsey, one of the most interesting things to watch this year, for me at least, will be the progress of these to seemingly unstoppable D-linemen.  Your thoughts?

lol it's funny saintsfan. i was actually more in favor if getting sed ellis in the draft. but i AM a u.s.c. trojan fan, so i guess that explains my bias...

Actually, we haven't seen Dorsey in action yet. KC had a mini camp but it was Undrafted Free Agents only, no draft picks.

I agree though it will be interesting to see which guy picks up quicker. Sort of like the Vince Young/Matt Leinart or Peyton Manning/Ryan Leaf deal. When you get two elite prospects at the same position go that high in the draft there's always an eye on them.

I know the Chiefs had a lot of draft picks, but to not work 'em out with the UFAs seems unusual to me.  I guess Herm's got something else in mind.

Well, I'll keep checking back over here to see how he does. 

Ellis has been a beast so far against the other rookies. He's split every double team they've put on him.
