Ok, so there were several people missing (starters) Gallery, Aso, Burgess, Jano, Lechler, Curry.

Curry is injured; makes sense, Jano/Lechler; they don't concern me not being there, burgess is always a no show; so again no concern.  Nnamdi can't come until he signs his one year tender or gets a long term deal; which I'm sure 100% of Raider fans hope is the latter of the two options.

This leads us to Gallery, he was gone due to getting married; anyone else think this was stupid as hell?  I mean honestly you know when camp starts, perhaps he should have picked a date that didn't conflict with camp.  IMHO I think that was dumb as hell.

Good stuff, Its Time, thanks for the info...I was filling in the blanks as I read too...lol

And I agree, Gallery is a butt, or his wife is stupid...lol...hopefully, this is not a red flag.

The Awesome One has to return.

Now for the missing blank, that isnt really missing, but should be showing up...Mario Henderson...will he step up or will he watch C.Green all season?

What's the deal with Curry?  He had surgery two weeks ago.  Why wait, unless he was doing it to be able to miss the first two weeks of camp.

When did the trend of referring to the anchor tackle (vice 3 technique) as a nose guard start?  I'm not turning this into another defensivee scheme debate, but they called Sands a nose guard and I hate when they use that term when talking about a 4-3.

I am soooooo looking forward to this season.... I have more good vibes and good feelings about this team than I have had in a long time...

I approached last year with hope but trepidation (for donks and bolts fans reading this - that means I was a bit worried)....

I feel so much better about this year, I think we are getting the holes filled or at least have options for players to step up and fill those holes....

Interesting read but Janikowski has no excuse for not being there. IF there is any Raider that can use all the practice he can get its Janikowski. At first I was worried when the first two names I read where Aso and Burgess not being there. That wasnt a good start but once I saw Gallery and Curry I dont think there job is in jeopardy. Nor did I think Aso or Burgess was or is but it would scare me if they where the only two not there. And thats not like Aso is it?

To me this is one of the reasons Jano keeps failing no one rides him. You have to treat him like a recruit and take on a drill instructor mentality Im sure of it. Parcells beat the holy hell out of Vinateri physically and mentally and it worked. Can anyone argue that Vinateri isnt the best kicker ever. I know Blanda is in the HOF but there is no doubt that Vinateri will be there. Adam said that Parcells use to camp 3 yds in front of his attempted kicks and sit down in a lawn chair. What that accomplished who knows but it got into his head to lift his kick offs up.
