I thought with the Sparties and the Weasels you already had 2 pro teamsWell, jr, I can understand how you might think that the Winged helmets play on the level of the NFL, but the Sparties? You must really be living a sheltered existence. Don't you ever see anything other than Wisconsin games?

Tis true that the Spartans play like rank amateurs, but their pay scale is way below norm. Perhaps Sith could do a bit of organizing and improve the situation.

Class, I thought with the Sparties and the Weasels you already had 2 pro teams!!!
Oooohhhh!! And a left to the midsection!! LOL
Actually, that reminds me. I've been wanting to hear an update on the settling in of Rich Rodriguez and his system with the Wolverines. I've seen a few ESPN spots where Rich has been grilled about making some enemies with his style, but I've also seen some players who came off pretty good talking about how tough it's been, but the bottom line is they're starting to take to the Rich way.
Seems like it's just about players and fans getting used to a different way of doing things.
I don't see a problem as long he can come up with a QB.
What say you Class?

I don't think putting union work rule into the mix is going to help the Sparties. After all, it has never helped any place else it was tried.

Gentlemen, I have a Celtics effort to finally win a playoff road game to go watch. LeBron will either come out a MJ clone if they win, or the media will blame him for the Cavaliers only playing one guy at a time...LeBron.
Class, get out of there and take the housekeeper to dinner!! Oh, close your coat first. LOL
KB, enjoy the bonfire buddy. And, the weekend too.
Will be back after the game if I'm still sober. Aw, I meant if I'm still vertical. There's no way I'll still be sober.

I was thinking more of a bidding war with the Wolverines.
The best part of being a small business owner(wife and I are only workers) is that I sit on both sides of the bargaining table.
Speaking of which, the taskmaster is due home in about 15 minutes, so I need to finish up with the dinner prep.
See ya'll later

I haven't seen much of anything since the end of spring camp. QB is far from settled as I understand it. There is still some talent in Ann Arbor and Rich Rod is bound and determined to have them physically ready to play. How well they adapt to the new scheme on offense remains to be seen. They have a freshman QB form Fla. coming in who is relatively highly rated. And two more have committed already for next year so it looks like he can sell his program. All anyone can do is wait and see what shows up on the field this fall.

Hey Rok!! I'll second the "no way sober"!! Good luck to the Cloverleafs. I can't really decide who I want to win. Boston is older, having no luck on the road ... but won 66 gms. The LeBrons ... well - they have LeBron {who is due to wake up, go OFF & hang a fitty} .... and that little Pistons-killer weasel "Booby" | |
