Gator93 I think that you may be taking his statements a little to literally. Im sure he meant most every week. Just trying to say that there are little or no breaks when you play in the SEC.

BTW He is a blowhard but he does speak the hard truth sometimes.
And exactly when would this be? When he say's something you aree with?
I wonder if you thought so highly of him last year when he was raking UF over the coals. Or maybe it was when he called Tebow overrated and said Booty and Dixon were the clear leader's for the Heisman.
Please.

Also Vandy has 8 NFL current players I believe, sorry dude they don't produce great NFL talent, not even decent NFL talent.
I'd say Vanderbilt does decently well considering a mandatory maintainment of a 3.25 GPA, unlike the 2.0 for our Loveable Gators.

Ltyir, the stats are here...
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/college?letter=o
CBS has it also, but CBS includes practice squad players. I literally went through and counted every BCS team (because I have a lot of time on my hands). My old screen name got banned though, so I can't find the post.

Ltyjr,
I'm an Ohio State fan, but unlike many SEC fans, I do not root for the conference. I actually cheered for Florida against Michigan and for Texas A&M against Penn State. We got season tix to Kentucky this year because they had a better home schedule---far better home schedule than Ohio State--at half the price. After watching Louisville, LSU, Florida, Mississippi State and Tennessee, I would agree that the SEC is deeper than pretty much every other conference in the country.
And, believe me, living minutes from the Horseshoe, this is about as unbiased as it gets.

KNUT You are a total moron! I call the guy a blowhard and you accuse me of "thinking so highly of him". You are a total bayou buffoon just trying to run smack because of how Ive embarrassed you in previous threads. Look at the title of this thread imbecile, it says OPINION. Yes, its just his opinion, his unbiased opinion. Its also Kirk Herbstreits opinion and most all credible analysts regardless of what conference they may be tied to. BTW when Dixon got hurt, he was the heisman front runner. As a Florida fan, I can tell you that Tebow was behind in the polls of Heisman voters and probably wouldnt have won whether he deserved it or not if Dixon hadnt got hurt. Ant more ignorant yapping you want to do? For a person who has done nothing on this thread but give his own worthless opinion, you shouldnt be criticizing people for stating their opinions. Thats what these boards are for MORON!!! Thats just my opinion.

hypochondriac2 Those numbers from that site are including players that have been drafted but havent played yet. I think he was using teams active rosters at the start of last season. Some of the players on this list may not make the opening day roster. Again, Im not disputing your claims that the big 10 had multiple teams that also had 30 players, these arent my stats, I havent really found a website that gives you accurate info on this. Im not claiming any of his stats to be right or wrong, just telling you what he said.

So Bismarck,
Are you coming back to Commonwealth this year?
And do you visit Keeneland while you are here?
See the upset of Georgia on November 8th, maybe? Not as good (or as tough) of a home schedule this year. I'm predicting an 8 win season. Yep. That's right.
I got the total number of wins right for UK the past 3 seasons, (though some of the wins and losses were wrong, of course) but I'll stick to my 8 win total. (win prediction does not include bowl result)
