First of all you don't even sell out your rink in the Conference Finals. Second of all, you didn't show that much emotion during the game (compared to the AAC it might have been mistaken for a library), you weren't loud, you weren't obnoxious, even the Turco chants were pathetic. As for Stars fans, we stood up the entire overtime period during the San Jose series and we stood up the entire 3rd period in Game 4. We were way louder than the Wings "fans". How did Detroit get the nickname Hockeytown anyway?

You're an idiot, what is the purpose of this thread? Is this your attempt at some kind of moral victory because you know your team is going to lose the series?

Forget get about starting shyt with Wings fans.  Why can't the Wings sell out the Joe during the playoffs.  That is pathethic.  Hockeytown?  Please.  Sell out your arena during the playoffs.  Don't tell me that times are tough, blah, blah ,blah.

The Stars are a long way from winning this series, but if the Wings don't win Game 6, this series is suddenly up for grabs.  With their talent, the Wings should have been able to put the Stars away already.  Gee, if there is a Game 7, will it be a sellout?

Let's see if the Pens can do their job or else they are in the same position.

Well look at it this way, Dallas has no game so we had to make it interesting for your fans! This is in no way scary for us, it's just another day at the office. But don't worry youy may get there some day.

I can honestly tell you since I actually LIVE within driving distance of the Joe that many Wings fans are saving that precious entertainment dollar for the Cup finals. They're confident in their product and arent gonna pay Playoff tix prices for a Conf. final game if they can wait a week or two and buy Cup Final tix instead.

And your bla bla bla about the 'times being hard' is so obnoxious it's incredible. Spend time knowing about these people that are losing their homes way of life that they have always known, then come back with a retort.

Get there someday?  Stars hoisted the cup in "99 and then returned to the cup finals in 2000.  I know you guys have won 3 in the past 10 years, but since '02, Detroit hasn't been the hockey royalty they think they are.

Of course, as a Stars fan, as much as I hate the Red Wings, Stars-Wings has always made an awesome freaking series the last decade.  And this series is no exception.  Whatever happens, this has been a great playoff series.  Go Stars.

I was at the Dallas/Wings game in Dallas for game 4 as a Wings fan. I would say there was about 20 percent Wings fan at the game and the sense from Stars fans were they would just be happy winning one game and not getting swept.  There were a lot of empty seats at the arena too.  First of all, BS call when they waved off the first goal, they didn't even show a replay in the arena for some reason.  Then when the Wings tied it up 1-1 the Wings fan were just as load as the Dallas fans at the game.  There was hardly anybody standing up for the whole game. I loved it Dallas fans didn't say a thing before or during the game, but as soon as the final buzzer sounded the Stars fans started to talk sh** to me as I was wearing my Wings shirt.

I admit the Joe did seem pretty quiet compared to the Penguins game that was on yesterday.  Think Wings fans are spoiled, like the Atlanta Braves, they couldn't sell out their playoff games the last two years they made the playoffs.
