All i heard before the draft was WOW we need Matt Ryan. Personally i wanted Glenn Dorsey. But we drafted who we wanted and now everyone is upset that hes gonna get paid. I agree that all big name rookies are way over paid, but the fact is you knew when we drafted him that hes gonna get a crazy contract as all first round QBs do. If he turns out to be the next Peyton then nobody will care, and if he turns out to be the next Leaf then everyone will bash this contract further. I see everyones points about rookie contracts but my point is I am sick of people wanting the popular guy in the draft, and when we actually go for him bitching about the contract he gets.
