Week or two ago Louvillian posted a thread "Billy G must really want Jasper back" that had an article about how Billy G was going to go to Cali to talk to Jasper. In that article it said that Billy G was not done with the 08 class and planned to add a player or two and would welcome a transfer.
Last week Matt Pilgrim, a transfer from Hampton that seems very talented but has personality issues, visited UK and a decision on his transfer is supposed to come this or next week.
NOW, Hunter McClintock, a PG from Durham NC,has scheduled an official visit. I dont know if he's a transfer or not because Rivals doent list any stars on him.
Is this a sign that Liggins probably will not qualify, Jasper not coming back, or Galloway not able to handle the point????
I trust what Billy G is doing, but this seems very unorthodox to recruit another PG.
What do you guys think?

McClintock is rated a one star, or that's what I've heard. Mostly do to the fact that he comes from a 1A high school, small school. If you YouTube him, he seems to have great handles and can shoot the ball. Don't know much else about him. But if Billy Clyde is after him, let's get him:)
As far as Liggins is concerned, he apparently has to retest again in June.
Jasper, people around UK, seem to think he's almost gone, people close to Jasper seem to think he's coming back. So, hopefully we can get some closure on it soon, either way.

I wish the closure on Jasper was today. I mean can't the kid make he's mind up. I like Jasper but damn he is caring this to long. I know it's a big desion, and he does need to think everything through. Kentucky or Cal. Um easy for me Kentucky!!!! I hope Jasper comes back.

Now, I do not know if this is true or not, but Hunter may be eligible for the '09 class. I was told that today, I am a litttle hessitant about it though, anyone know any thruth to this?

Forget my original post. I misunderstood him, he meant he would be here in '09. I apologize. I saw this kid play, and I'm pretty impressed with his Offensive ability, but I am still waiting to see how he does on D. I cannot believe everyone is so hyped on his youtube "HIGHLIGHT" video. I mean he has skill, but the talent in 1A High School is alot different than UK.

He is lightning quick and can handle the ball very well and can dish it. He is also a decent enough shooter form what I have read and plays solid defense. Thats what we need in a PG. Hope he signs on, especially if Wall goes to Memphis.
