He is responsible for this crime unless he can prove someone else was driving his SUV.  These NFL players are starting to make me sick.  If he is responsible the team should be penalized too.

I know the Packers were extremely high on Lynches running ability, but took him off the draft board because they had reservations about his character. Not sayin, just saying.

Yet, another example of why players should be kicked out of the NFL if they are convicted of a felony.  IF Marshawn Lynch was driving, or in the car and didn't report the accident to the police, he should immediately forfeit his contract and be permanently banned from the NFL.

It's past time to weed these scumbags from the NFL!!!

You lose.  The accident happened near the young people entertainment district.  City of Bflo has denied strip club owners liquior licenses near this area.

At 3:30 AM this place looks like a zoo with the bars closing and way too many young people semi drunk.  It takes decent driving skills to miss some of the wasted people.

Lynch's crime is leaving the scene.  He compounded a slight in fraction by panicing.  Cannot fault a young person going to this district but rich, high profile people should use their heads and get a ride.

I'm sick of all you arrogant vindictive "fans", waiting for some athlete to slip up so you can crucify him. This goes beyond Lynch, an athlete could be caught speeding on the freeway and there would be 100 messages about how "these arrogant scumbags think they're above the law---we should banish them from sports and make them have a real job like us"

Professional sports aren't a medium for your moral utopia. Athletes aren't perfect and they don't have to be, no one's perfect and giving someone millions of dollars isn't going to change that. There's nothing on the tickets you buy that says they have to be role models for your kids. Beyond showing up on gameday athletes don't owe you one thing.

If you're really concerned about drunk driving go join MADD, but if you have an ax to grind with athletes in particular (and I know you do), carrying a chip on your shoulder because they worked hard to become successful and you ended up as a miserable failure, then don't look for pity from me when your demands for heavy handed justice don't come to fruition.
