Haha seriously.  The only game not featuring the the Cowboys that had an NFC team was the Raiders vs. Saints.  Wooo can't miss that one.  And maybe a little AFC bias there?  Maybe? Hm?  Naw... The Cowboys are a good team, yes, but there are several other teams with big rivalries worth watching.  And what about the Pack?  If you're going to watch the Raiders for Jamarcus Russel, how about Rodgers?  He's coming in on a much better team, battling with Adrian 'The Beast' Peterson and Devin 'The Bears' Team' Hester.  And just about any NFC East divisional game is worth watching.

It will be amazing to watch my boys on national TV most of the season again. When you're the most valued franchise in any sport in the world, you get these kinds of luxuries.

When did the topis of conversation switch to Yankee baseball??

Cowboys are actually a littler bit like the Yankees in that more people hate them than like them...

Bare Bull Jox...

The topic is Cowboys football. Per Forbes valuations, Both the Cowboys and the Redskins are more valued than the Yanks. Cowboys and Redskins valued at $1.5B each, while the Yanks come in at $1.3B.

And as for more people hating them than liking them, don't think so. Check the merchandise sales for Teams like the Cowboys, Yankees, or Patriots versus anyone. Do you think they are so high because the Haters are burning their jerseys???

I could agree that more people hate these temas than other teams, but that is because these are the teams that are beating those teams year-in and year-out. Take the Patriots as the prime example- nobody cared about them until they won, and now they are among the most hated in sports. The Yanks and Cowboys have been doing it for so long that they will always be hated. Check the stands in any Cowboys or Yanks away game, and you're likely to see nearly as many of their fans as their opponents in many places.

For anyone to hate your Chicago teams, they need to win a little- Been a while for the Bulls; the Bears were a joke in their Super Bowl; and the Sox haven't won in years.

Moose-Dog,

Do you really want to compare championships Dallas vs. Chicago?  The Bulls have won more of them than the rest of your teams combined!!!

and the Sox haven't won in years.

You're right.  As a matter of fact, It's been two years since the Sox won the world series tool-box!  How's that MLB team of your been doing?

I count 9 for the Bears (plus one as the Chicago Staleys); 3 for the White Sox (1906 and 1917, plus the recent 2005); 2 for the Cubs (1906 and 1907); 3 for the Blackhawks (1934, 1938 and 1961); Chicago Fire have 1 in 1998; and 6 for the Buills in the two three-peats. That totals 24 championships in Chicago.

The Cowboys, of course have the 5 Super Bowls; Mavs have never won it all; the Rangers shouldn't even count as a Pro team; the Stars have one Stanley Cup. So...all told, 6 championships.

Now, let's compare this realistically:

The Bulls have been around since 1966, the Blackhawks since 1926, the White Sox since 1901, the Cubs since 1876, and the Fire since 1997. That's approximately 474 seasons of professional sports in Chicago- or one championship every 19.74 seasons.

The Cowboys have been around since 1960, the Stars since 1993, the Mavs since 1980, the Rangers since 1972 and FC Dallas since 1996. That's 139 seasons, or ione every 23.16 years. So you're right. Chicago has better sports teams.

Unless you mean in our lifetime.....

If staying up past midnight for half of you games is a luxury, I'll pass.

The Jets suck , but at least we get 1:00 PM Sunday games most of the time...

It's simple.  Prisco has a man-crush on Peyton Manning and absolutely gushes over the Cowboys.  Both of those teams will provide him with "intriguing" matchups.  As for the d-boys fan who thinks they are the most valuable franchise in all of sports needs to recheck the stats.  Currently, the Redskins have a higher franchise value in the NFL.  So by that logic, then the 'skins should have the most prime-time games.

The Cowboys, Patriots and Colts show up 9 times.

When you have high-powered offenses, that equals intrigue and ratings. Plain and simple.

The Cowboys are definitely entertaining and have a marquis schedule.  You know it's not going to be a 6-3 FG battle.

Have to agree mikesaxon.  who cares what team prisco or whoever has a hardo on for.

As for this comment;

Great, good for these teams. Only one of them played in a conference title game last season. So who cares if someone thinks their games are more meaningful than another game?
