I told you they would mail it in for game 5.  Same old stuff from this team, for game 5.  Poor defense, weak offense, dumb penalties, and a zillion turnovers.  At least they were able to avoid a sweep and win a few games.   By the way, I think I saw Doug Weight's picture on a carton of milk.   He's been missing ever since we got him.

It is mercifully over.

Poor skating, dumb penalties, whatever you want to say.  We sucked and the Stars took advantage and skated 60 minutes almost every game.  They wanted it and we didn't, we looked dumbfounded at times.  This is probably the most mad I've been at the Ducks in a long time and they wasted my effin money for three games.  The offseason will be interesting.

It is mercifully over.

I don't think Dallas will get far, as the refs gave them too many breaks, and we took too many penalties.  I don't think they make it very far.

And what's up with the Turco hit on Selanne?  Was that legal?  If so, can players now take runs at goalies out of the crease?  If it wasn't he should have been suspended.
I hope we get new blood aka scorers this offseason.  Too bad we have Bertuzzi's albatross, just like my Giants have Zito...  Man am I stuck.

It is mercifully over.

Come on, refs gave Dallas breaks?  Typical excuse for a poor performance by the ducklings.  Dallas was a superior team, with superior play.  Turco's hit on Selanne didn't decide the fate of the Ducks - it was their own poor attitude, cheap shots, falling apart when the going got tough.  Hooray for the Stars.
