IF Marvin is found to have done something criminal, then he should have to pay the penalty like anybody else.  We only know what the media has put out, and they always act like they know more than they actually do.  Somehow, I just can't see Marvin doing something stupid, so I have to believe there's more to the story.  There are guys that the story, on the surface at least, would be totally in character for.  Then there are others, like Marvin, who don't fit the profile at all.  I didn't even get on Michael Vick's back until he had his day in court, and I'm holding off on the latest Pacman Jones developments until I know more.  So, no, I don't consider myself a hypocrit.  Besides, Goodell and the Colts will get to the very bottom of anything that went on.  So I'm going to wait and see.

Harrison's agent, Tom Condon, told ESPN's Chris Mortensen: "I've spoken with Marvin and I've spoken with his attorney, and they say the reports are erroneous. Marvin was not involved in any shooting, and he is not the subject of this investigation."

Condon declined to answer any other questions

This is from an article on ESPN and it is Marvin Harrison and his agent talking. I personally believe them. However If he is found to be at fault I'm sure Tony Dungy & Bill Polian will act accordingly and they should.

I'm glad to hear that Marvin collects guns. It makes it easier for me to believe that he really did believe that particular gun was at home. If he only had 1 I wouldn't believe that he could lose track of it so easily but with 27 I'm sure if someone else had taken and used it he might not miss it. Not that I have any clue who would...

I do know that Marvin won't take crap from anybody. Dungy may be the Quiet Coach but Marvin is a Silent Warrior.
